Hotel

Design a small hotel on a busy urban neighbourhood street, along Sussex Drive. In addition to the rooms, there must be appropriate commercial space on the ground floor and a special use associated with the hotel which can be used by the public, not just guests. The design was inspired by the artist studios on Fogo Island, NFL.
